Why CEOs Should Hire a Marketing Consultant in Saudi Arabia: How the Right Partner Protects Growth (2026 Guide)
Short answerYou should hire a marketing consultant in Saudi Arabia when sales are slowing, the Snapchat and agency reports look healthy but the bank balance doesn’t, or nobody in the room can say exactly where the money is leaking. A strong consultant stands beside the CEO or the family board, audits marketing and sales together, buys the business breathing space in the first 30 days and then builds an Arabic-first growth plan that lasts for years. The point isn’t more activity. It’s accountable decisions, in plain riyals, that you can check yourself.

Saudi Arabia had about 1.7 million active SME commercial records in the second quarter of 2025, and more than 80,000 new ones were added in that quarter alone, according to Monsha’at’s SME Monitor (Arabian Business). Monsha’at’s stated goal is to lift SMEs’ share of GDP from 20% to 35% as part of Vision 2030 (Monsha’at). That is good news for the economy. For the CEO of an established business, it also means a new competitor in your category almost every week, often younger, faster and more at home on TikTok than you are.

Most businesses don’t lose that race in one dramatic day. They fade. A quarter of flat sales, then a quarter of falling sales, then a cash squeeze that forces rushed decisions.

I see the fading stage all the time in Gulf businesses. A CEO, sometimes with a son or daughter who has just joined the family business, sits across from me with two reports. The agency’s report is green: Snapchat reach up, followers up, cost per click down. The finance report is red: revenue down for the third month in a row. The marketing manager says the leads are fine and sales isn’t closing them. The sales head says half the WhatsApp enquiries are people asking for the price and disappearing. Everyone has a reason, nobody has the answer, and the CEO has stopped knowing whom to trust.

That moment is exactly when you need someone on your side of the table. Not another vendor with a monthly invoice, but a senior person who can open every account, sit with your sales team, tell you the truth and then fix it. This guide explains why that role matters in the Saudi market, what it looks like for different kinds of organisations, the mistakes CEOs make when hiring for it, and how I work when I take it on.

Key takeaways

  • Saudi competition is growing fast: more than 80,000 new SMEs registered in a single quarter of 2025, all chasing the same customers online.
  • Businesses rarely fail from one mistake. They fade through months of decisions made on the wrong numbers, often reach and followers instead of sales.
  • Saudi marketing has its own rules: Arabic-first search, very high Snapchat and TikTok reach, PDPL consent rules, GAMR’s Mawthooq licence and a calendar shaped by Ramadan and Riyadh Season.
  • A consultant who reports to the CEO sees marketing and sales at once, and gives you two plans: breathing space in 30 days and steady growth for years.
  • The most expensive CEO mistakes are hiring on price, trusting vanity reports and letting an agency own your ad accounts and data.

Why do so many Saudi businesses stall, even with a marketing team?

Because having a marketing team isn’t the same as having marketing that sells. Many Saudi companies I audit have a social media executive, an agency running Snapchat and Google ads, a few influencer campaigns and a sales team answering WhatsApp. On paper the machine is complete. In practice, each part is measured on its own numbers, and nobody owns the number that matters to you: profitable revenue.

How fast is competition growing for Saudi businesses?

Very fast, and the growth is deliberate. Vision 2030 has opened sectors such as entertainment, tourism, private healthcare, education, logistics and fintech to new private players (Vision 2030). Monsha’at reported more than 80,000 new SME commercial records in Q2 2025 alone. Each of those businesses buys ads in the same auctions as you, targets the same Snapchat audiences and competes for the same Arabic search terms.

Is the move from offline to online sales really that big in the Kingdom?

Yes. Saudi Central Bank data reported in 2025 showed e-commerce sales through mada cards reaching SAR 69.3 billion in Q1 2025, up 56% on the same quarter of 2024, from more than 370 million transactions (Economy Middle East). That’s one card network only, so the full online market is larger.

For a showroom, a clinic, a restaurant group, a school or a trading company that grew on relationships and walk-ins, this is the real threat. Your customers still visit, but they decide on their phones first. If you’re invisible in that moment, or your website and WhatsApp follow-up are weak, the sale goes to the competitor who is easier to find and quicker to answer.

Cash is the last thing to run out. Before that, you run out of clear numbers, then out of trust between teams, then out of time.

What does a declining business look like from a Saudi CEO’s chair?

From the top, decline is confusing because the signals contradict each other. These are the ones I ask about in a first meeting:

If three or more of those sound familiar, you don’t need another campaign. You need a diagnosis.

What does a marketing consultant do that your team or agency doesn’t?

A good consultant does three things your current set-up usually can’t: sees the whole funnel from first click to repeat sale, reports straight to the CEO without protecting anyone’s budget, and owns the result alongside you. Your team and agency may be talented. They’re just structurally placed to look after their own part.

Marketing consultant vs agency vs in-house hire: which does a Saudi CEO need?

OptionStrengthsWeak spotsBest when
In-house marketing hireKnows the brand and the culture; full-time attentionOften junior or narrow; reports on own channel; hard to challenge upwards, especially in a family businessStrategy is clear and you need hands to run it
FreelancerFlexible and affordableUsually one channel, execution only; no view of salesA single, well-defined task
AgencyA team, studio, Arabic content and influencer contactsSenior people pitch, juniors deliver; paid to spend, rarely to cut; may own your accountsLarge brands needing volume across many channels
Senior marketing consultantSees marketing and sales together; reports to the CEO or board; strategy and execution joined upLimited capacity; not the cheapest option per hourGrowth has stalled, sales are falling, or you need an honest second opinion

These aren’t either-or choices. The strongest set-ups I’ve run use a consultant to set direction and hold everyone accountable, with in-house people and agencies doing the volume work underneath.

Why sales and marketing must sit at the same table

Gartner surveyed 412 senior marketing and sales leaders and found the two functions typically collaborate on only 3 of 15 commercial activities, and 90% say their priorities conflict. Teams that share buyer journey insights were 1.6 times more likely to beat their revenue growth expectations (Gartner).

In Saudi businesses the gap often sits in WhatsApp. Marketing celebrates 500 chats; sales sees 500 people asking “كم السعر؟” (how much?) and never replying. When marketing doesn’t know what happens after the lead, and sales doesn’t know what was promised before it, the customer falls in the gap. I fix that gap first: one definition of a qualified lead, one shared dashboard, a response-time rule for the sales team and a weekly meeting where both sides look at the same numbers.

What does “standing beside the CEO” mean in a family business or holding group?

It means I sit in management meetings, not just marketing meetings. In a family business that may mean presenting to the founder, the next generation and the general manager together, each with different priorities. I tell you what is working and what isn’t, including when the problem is pricing, product, the sales script or a person, not the ads.

It also means total transparency. If I have the right to be paid, you have the right to see every account, every change, every number, and what was happening before I arrived. Your ad accounts, data and assets stay in your company’s name.

For an international combat sports brand losing money on every order, the turnaround started in 14 days: ad cost of sale went from 35% to 20%, held for a full year, with about £20K extra revenue a week (case study).

Can’t AI tools do this now? Why AI is an assistant, not a leader

It’s a fair question, and many CEOs ask me directly: why hire anyone when ChatGPT can write a marketing strategy in Arabic and English in 30 seconds? I use AI tools every day. They make me faster at drafting ads, summarising data and testing ideas. But speed is not judgement, and a confident answer is not a correct one.

The best evidence comes from a study by Harvard Business School, BCG and researchers from Wharton and MIT Sloan with 758 BCG consultants. On tasks the AI was good at, consultants using GPT-4 finished 12.2% more tasks and worked 25.1% faster. On a task just outside what the AI could handle, they were 19% less likely to reach the correct answer than consultants working without it (The Harvard Crimson). The tool didn’t warn them. It sounded just as sure.

The same pattern shows up in companies. MIT’s 2025 report The GenAI Divide found that 95% of corporate generative AI pilots stalled without meaningful financial returns, and the lead author put it down to how organisations use the tools, not the quality of the models (Computing).

What AI does well (I use it daily)What AI can’t do for a CEO
Drafts ad copy, emails and content variations in minutesKnow your margins, cash position and what your sales team actually says on calls
Summarises reports, reviews and competitor pagesNotice when its own numbers are wrong, outdated or made up
Translates and suggests keywords, audiences and test ideasJudge whether a Saudi dialect line sounds natural, or whether an ad needs a licence
Speeds up analysis and repetitive workSit in your management meeting, read the room, take responsibility and make the hard call

Here is the honest logic. AI amplifies whoever is holding it. An expert who knows what good looks like uses it to multiply output and checks every answer. A non-technical user can’t tell a brilliant answer from a plausible wrong one, so the same tool multiplies mistakes, faster and with more confidence. Even if you sit at the top of the company and use AI well yourself, the strategy still needs someone who has run real budgets in real markets and is accountable when it goes wrong.

AI is a brilliant assistant. It is not your leader, and it will never be the person who answers to you when the numbers miss.

What makes marketing in Saudi Arabia different for a CEO in 2026?

Three things: how Saudis use the internet, the rules around advertising and data, and a calendar that moves every year. A consultant who treats the Kingdom as “the UAE in Arabic” will waste your first quarter.

Arabic-first search and the weight of Snapchat and TikTok

Almost everyone is online. DataReportal counts 34.4 million internet users, about 99% of the population, at the end of 2025. Snapchat’s ad reach was about 25.3 million people (72.9%), YouTube’s about 27.5 million (79.2%), and TikTok reported an ad reach of 38.6 million adults, a figure larger than the adult population because of how platforms count accounts (DataReportal). On search, Google handled 94.46% of Saudi searches in September 2026 (StatCounter).

Digital reach in Saudi Arabia, late 2025Internet users 99.0% of the population, YouTube ad reach 79.2%, Snapchat 72.9%, Instagram 52.4%, X 43.1% and LinkedIn members 34.6%, according to DataReportal Digital 2026 Saudi Arabia. Almost every Saudi is online, and most are on Snapchat Internet users 99.0% · 34.4M YouTube 79.2% · 27.5M Snapchat 72.9% · 25.3M Instagram 52.4% · 18.2M X 43.1% · 15.0M LinkedIn 34.6% · 12.0M Share of total population. Source: DataReportal, Digital 2026 Saudi Arabia (data from late 2025). Ad reach is not the same as active users.
Internet users and advertising reach by platform in Saudi Arabia (DataReportal). TikTok reports an adult ad reach of 38.6 million, higher than the adult population, so it is left out of the chart.

What this means for a CEO: your customers search in Arabic, often in Saudi dialect, and on mobile. Queries such as “شركة تسويق الكتروني بالرياض” (digital marketing company in Riyadh), “عيادة اسنان قريبة” (dental clinic near me) or “مطبخ المنيوم جدة” (aluminium kitchen, Jeddah) won’t be caught by an English-only account. Snapchat and TikTok then create the demand that Google captures. Most Saudi brands need both, written for Saudis, not translated from English at the last minute.

Which Saudi rules can stop your marketing overnight?

RuleWhat it coversWhat it means for your marketing
PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law)Fully enforceable since 14 September 2024, overseen by SDAIADirect marketing needs opt-in consent and an easy opt-out; fines can reach SAR 5 million, doubled for repeat offences (CMS)
Mawthooq licence under GAMRIndividuals who publish advertising for a brand, product or service on social mediaInfluencers and creators you pay must hold it; check before you sign (Saudipedia)
Ministry of Commerce warningPromoting visiting celebrities without a licenceBrands were warned in late 2024 not to use unlicensed advertisers (Gulf News)
Sector rulesReal estate (REGA), healthcare, finance and othersProperty ads, for example, need a REGA advertising licence; check your sector before launch

None of this is a reason to slow down. It’s a reason to have someone who checks it as part of the plan, so a campaign isn’t pulled in its best week. I’m not a lawyer, and for anything sensitive I’ll ask you to confirm with your legal adviser. But I build consent, lead storage and creator checks into the funnel from day one.

How Ramadan and Riyadh Season change the marketing calendar

Saudi demand is strongly seasonal, and the dates move every year with the Hijri calendar. Riyadh Season 2026 opened on 21 October with ten weeks of events (Gulf News). Ramadan 1448 is expected to start on about 8 February 2027, subject to the moon sighting (Jordan News).

For a CEO, the risk is twofold. Plan late, and you pay peak prices for rushed creative. Judge the year by the peaks, and you miss the slow decline underneath. I plan the seasons months ahead and report the quiet months separately, so a strong Ramadan never hides a weak business.

For a Saudi printing and signage firm hit by a Google penalty, I fixed around 80,000 technical errors and generated 600 marketing-qualified leads in three months at around 50 SAR each.

When should a CEO hire a marketing consultant, and for which kind of business?

The honest answer is: before the bad quarter, not after the third one. But the trigger looks different depending on where your organisation is. Over 13+ years I’ve worked with startups, growing companies, established groups, family businesses and businesses in real trouble, B2B and B2C. I’ve worked with Gulf businesses since 2014, including a leading Saudi job portal, and I work with clients worldwide, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA, Australia, Europe and Pakistan.

Startups and growing SMEs: before the runway gets short

A startup’s job is to find a repeatable way to win customers at a cost the business can carry. Founders often spend their first budget on a launch video and a big influencer, because that feels like progress. I’d rather prove one paying channel first, then scale. For growing SMEs the trigger is different: relationships and word of mouth carried you this far, and now growth has stopped. That’s the moment to build a proper funnel with Arabic search, Snapchat or TikTok, WhatsApp follow-up and a sales process that closes.

Family businesses and holding groups: when nobody sees the whole picture

Family businesses carry much of the Saudi private sector. The chairman of the National Center for Family Businesses said in 2021 that they make up 63% of private-sector entities, 66% of private-sector GDP and 76% of private-sector jobs (Argaam). Many sit inside holding groups with several brands, several agencies and many dashboards, and still no single view of what each riyal returns. Brands can even bid against each other for the same customers.

I know this one from the inside: I lead marketing for a group of seven luxury home improvement brands in the UAE, with a team of 15+ specialists. The work there is as much about governance, shared reporting and keeping founders and managers aligned as it is about ads. In one of those Dubai accounts, stopping campaigns from competing with each other and measuring the right conversions turned the same 30,000 AED budget into a 3.3x return (case study).

Declining businesses and physical businesses going digital

A declining business needs speed. Every month of losses narrows your options, so the first job is breathing space: cut the waste, fix the tracking, bring in cash from the customers you already have. For a physical business moving online, whether a restaurant, clinic, showroom, school, contractor or factory, the risk is building a website and running ads without the tracking, WhatsApp follow-up and sales process that turn visitors into buyers. With mada e-commerce growing 56% in a year, waiting is the expensive option.

Across sectors, I’ve worked in 26+ industries, including real estate, healthcare, education, e-commerce, home improvement, luxury brands, hotels and restaurants, banks and financial services, job portals, printing, events and charities and humanitarian organisations. Between 2017 and 2019 I ran regional GCC campaigns for an international humanitarian organisation, including healthcare programmes that grew patient numbers by 500%. For a bank targeting Gulf audiences in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, ads were timed for weekends, when Gulf workers send money home (case study). The full list is on the industries page.

Which kind of marketing consultant do you need?

“Marketing consultant” covers very different jobs. Before you hire, decide which of these five roles you need. Some clients need one, some move from one to the next as the business recovers. All five are explained on the hire a digital marketing consultant in Saudi Arabia page.

A hands-on digital marketer who runs every channel

If your strategy is roughly right but execution is scattered, you need someone who plans, runs and reports a multichannel funnel: Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, SEO and AI search in Arabic and English, email, WhatsApp and landing pages, all tied to one set of numbers. That’s the hire me as your digital marketer role.

A growth consultant who shares responsibility for sales and marketing

When the problem is bigger than marketing, you need someone who manages team performance, sits in senior-management meetings, builds advanced reporting and takes shared responsibility for growth with your sales and marketing leads. This is the sales, marketing and growth consultant role, and it’s the one most CEOs and family boards mean when they say “I need someone next to me”.

An independent auditor of your whole marketing set-up

Sometimes you don’t need a new team. You need the truth about the current one. A marketing auditor checks everything from the back end: ad accounts, tracking, CRM, website, Arabic content, influencer contracts, agency reports and team output, then reports the flaws and the room for improvement directly to senior management.

A digitisation consultant for new and physical businesses

New startups and businesses moving from physical to digital need development, marketing and sales built together, not one after the other. The digital transformation consultant role covers the website or store, PDPL-friendly lead capture, tracking, the first campaigns and the sales process that handles the enquiries.

A turnaround consultant for declining sales

When sales are falling, you need a crisis and turnaround consultant: someone who redefines sales and marketing efforts and infrastructure, delivers a quick strategy for breathing space and a long-term strategy for the years after, and if needed reshapes the business model so it works now, not in some future quarter.

Two plans at once: breathing space and long-term growthThe short-term plan in the first 30 days stops waste, fixes tracking, brings in cash and fixes WhatsApp follow-up. The long-term plan rebuilds the funnel, builds Arabic search demand, adds CRM and reporting and leaves a team that runs without the consultant. A turnaround needs two plans running at the same time SHORT TERM · FIRST 30 DAYS Breathing space • Pause campaigns that lose money • Fix tracking so every sale is counted • Offers and follow-ups that bring cash in • WhatsApp response times and scripts fixed LONG TERM · MONTHS 2 TO 12+ A growth engine • Rebuild the funnel, first click to repeat sale • Arabic SEO, content and AI search demand • CRM, automation and board reporting • A team and process that runs without me
Short-term moves buy time; the long-term plan makes sure you never need a rescue again. This is how I’ve worked on 50 turnarounds since 2022.

How does working with a marketing consultant work, step by step?

Every engagement I take on follows the same five steps. The depth changes with the business, but the order never does. I work remotely with Saudi clients, with calls in your business hours, shared dashboards and WhatsApp for quick decisions.

The five-step working flowStep 1 Meeting, Step 2 Audit, Step 3 Strategy, Step 4 Execution, Step 5 Scaling and reporting, each with what happens in that step. From first meeting to steady growth: five steps STEP 1 Meeting What happened, and where it hurts Goals and numbers An honest yes or no STEP 2 Audit Ads, tracking, CRM WhatsApp and sales Website and funnel Written findings STEP 3 Strategy 30-day quick wins 12-month growth plan Budget in SAR, targets Who owns what STEP 4 Execution Fix, then launch Campaigns and pages Sales scripts, CRM Weekly decisions STEP 5 Scaling and reporting Scale what works Cut what doesn’t Monthly board report Every step is shared with you in writing. You see everything my team and your team do.
The working flow: Meeting, Audit, Strategy, Execution, Scaling and reporting. The audit always comes before any spend.

What happens in the first 30 days with a marketing consultant?

Step 1, Meeting. You tell me what happened. I ask about revenue, margins, the sales process, the team, the agencies and what has been tried. If I don’t think I can help, I’ll say so in that meeting.

Step 2, Audit. I go through ad accounts, analytics, CRM, website, Arabic and English content, influencer agreements and sales follow-up. I also check how WhatsApp enquiries are handled, because many “marketing problems” in the Gulf are really response-time problems. You get written findings, not a slide deck of jargon.

Step 3, Strategy. Two plans: quick wins for the first 30 days and a 12-month growth plan, with budgets in riyals, targets, named owners and the Ramadan and seasonal calendar built in.

For businesses in decline, the first month is about stabilising. Across the 50 declining businesses I’ve turned around since 2022, the typical pattern has been stabilisation within 30 days, then a return to growth.

50 declining businesses turned around since 2022, all back to growth, typically stabilised within 30 days. Not by spending more. By deciding better.

What reporting should a Saudi CEO expect from a marketing consultant?

Step 4, Execution and Step 5, Scaling and reporting are where most consultants either earn trust or lose it. You should expect a short weekly update and a monthly report you could hand to your board or family council, built around a handful of numbers:

For context, Gartner’s 2025 survey of 402 CMOs found marketing budgets averaging 7.7% of company revenue, with 59% saying they lacked the budget to deliver their strategy (Gartner). Most respondents were large companies in North America and Europe, so treat it as a reference point, not a Saudi rule. The lesson for any size of business is the same: every riyal must be traced to a result.

What are the most common mistakes CEOs make when they hire a marketing consultant in Saudi Arabia?

None of these are about intelligence. They’re about pressure, speed and trusting the wrong signals.

1

Is hiring the cheapest marketing consultant a false saving?

Usually. A low monthly fee looks like a saving until you see how much of the ad budget went to the wrong people, or how many good leads went cold because nobody fixed the sales follow-up. The fee is the smallest number on the page. The wasted budget and lost sales are the big ones.

Fix: compare consultants on what they’ll measure, what they’ll own and what they’ve turned around before, not on the hourly rate.
2

Why do Snapchat and agency reports look good when sales are falling?

Because they report what’s easy to count: views, reach, swipe-ups, followers and “conversions” that are really button taps. These vanity reports keep everyone comfortable while the business shrinks, and they’re the most common reason a CEO trusts a failing set-up for too long.

Fix: ask for revenue, cost per sale and lead-to-sale rate in every report, and ask to see the accounts yourself. Anyone who resists that is telling you something.
3

Translating English campaigns into Arabic and calling it local

A translated ad reads like a translation. It misses the dialect, the search terms Saudis really type and the cultural cues that build trust. The result is lower click rates, weaker leads and a brand that feels foreign in its own market.

Fix: build Arabic campaigns, keywords and landing pages first, with native review, and treat English as the second language, not the master.
4

Ignoring PDPL consent and Mawthooq checks until something goes wrong

Leads bought from lists, WhatsApp blasts without opt-in, or a paid creator without a valid licence can bring fines and a sudden stop to your best campaign. CEOs often hear about it only after the damage is done.

Fix: make consent capture, lead storage and creator licence checks part of the marketing plan, and confirm sensitive points with your legal adviser.
5

Should you wait a full quarter for marketing results?

Not without milestones. “Give it three months” is fine for long-term SEO and brand work, but it’s often used to buy time with nothing defined. A declining business can’t afford a quarter of nothing, especially if that quarter includes Ramadan.

Fix: agree written 30, 60 and 90-day milestones before work starts, including quick wins you should see in the first month.
6

Letting the agency own your ad accounts and data

Some agencies build ad accounts, Snapchat business accounts, pixels and analytics under their own name. When you part ways, years of data and audiences leave with them, and you start again from zero.

Fix: every account, page, pixel and dataset must be created in your company’s name, with admin access for you. With me, it always is.

How I work with Saudi CEOs as their marketing consultant

You now know why Saudi businesses fade even with a full team, how fast competition and online buying are growing, why marketing and sales must be fixed together, which of the five roles you need, and the mistakes that cost CEOs a quarter or more. The hard part is doing this while running a company. Learning it on your own budget, with sales falling and a new competitor launching every week, is the most expensive way to learn it.

I’m Saad. I’ve worked in digital marketing since 2010 and work remotely with clients worldwide, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK, the USA, Australia and Europe. I’ve managed more than $200 million in ad spend across 30,000+ campaigns for 600+ clients in 26+ industries, generating 6M+ leads and sales. In the Gulf, I lead marketing for a seven-brand UAE home improvement group, I’ve run GCC healthcare programmes and I’ve delivered 600 qualified leads in three months for a Saudi printing firm. I’ve worked as a dedicated consultant for one brand, as a part-time partner and as a remote consultant. Location doesn’t matter. Clear numbers do.

What you get when you hire me

  • A senior partner in your management meetings, not a junior account manager
  • Marketing and sales reviewed and fixed together, Arabic-first
  • A quick plan for breathing space and a long plan for growth
  • Complete transparency: every account, change and number, in your company’s name
  • No fake promises and no misleading reports. If I can’t help, I’ll tell you

What the free marketing audit includes

  • A review of your ad accounts on Google, Snapchat, TikTok and Meta, tracking and wasted spend
  • A check of how WhatsApp and phone leads are handled by your sales team
  • Your website and funnel: where buyers drop off
  • What competitors are doing in Arabic search and social that you aren’t
  • A clear 30-day action plan you can use with or without me

Frequently asked questions

Can AI tools like ChatGPT replace a marketing consultant?

No, not on their own. AI is excellent for drafting, translating and summarising, and I use it every day. But it can’t see your real margins, sales calls or team, it can’t take responsibility for results, and it can be confidently wrong: in a Harvard and BCG study, consultants using GPT-4 were 19% less likely to get the right answer on tasks outside the tool’s strengths. Use AI for speed and an expert for direction, checking and accountability.

How much does it cost to hire a marketing consultant in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the scope: an audit, a part-time growth role, a dedicated consultant or a full turnaround. I send a custom proposal in SAR after the first meeting and audit, with the scope written clearly, so you pay for what your business needs, not a fixed package.

Can you work with my team in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam remotely?

Yes. I work remotely with clients across the Kingdom and worldwide, using shared dashboards, weekly calls in your business hours, WhatsApp and direct access to your accounts. Where it helps, I join management meetings by video so your leadership hears the numbers first-hand.

Do you run campaigns in Arabic?

Yes. Saudi campaigns are planned Arabic-first, with Arabic keywords, ads and landing pages reviewed by native speakers, and English added where your buyers use it. That applies to Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Meta and SEO.

Will a consultant replace my marketing team or agency?

Not necessarily. Often the team is capable but has no clear direction or shared targets. I audit their work, keep what performs, fix what doesn’t and only recommend changes in people or agencies when the numbers show it is needed.

How quickly can a declining business see results?

The aim is breathing space in the first 30 days: stopping waste, fixing tracking and bringing in cash from quick wins. Across 50 turnarounds since 2022, businesses typically stabilised within 30 days. Long-term growth then takes months of steady work.

Is a marketing consultant useful for B2B and industrial companies in the Kingdom?

Yes. B2B sales cycles are longer, so the link between marketing and sales matters even more. I work on lead quality, CRM follow-up, LinkedIn and Arabic search, and reporting that shows which campaigns actually produce pipeline and revenue.

Who owns the accounts and data if I hire you?

You do. Every ad account, pixel, analytics property and dataset stays in your company’s name with admin access for you, so nothing is lost if we stop working together.
