Who I really am

Who I really am

I'm Saad, a multichannel digital marketer and growth consultant who works remotely with businesses worldwide. I've been doing this since 2010, across 26+ industries and 600+ clients.

I'm not the marketer who takes your project, tells you results take a quarter and then delivers nothing. I fix marketing, and when sales are the problem, I fix sales too.

Think of me as a turbo-charged engine attached to your company: short-term moves that give you breathing space, plus a long-term strategy that keeps you growing for years.

01

Dedicated, full-time

I've led marketing for one brand at a time, including a 7-brand luxury home improvement group in the UAE with 15+ specialists.

02

Part-time

If you need senior direction without a full-time salary, I work with you on a part-time basis with clear weekly ownership.

03

Remote

Most of my clients are in other cities and countries. I run strategy, teams and reporting remotely, with the same accountability as if I sat in your office.

04

Multichannel, plus sales

Search, social, email, SEO, CRO and the sales funnel behind them. Marketing and sales connected, not working against each other.

Why it matters to you

Why I matter to you

βœ“

I know what you're facing

I've reported to CEOs and boards for 13+ years. I know what keeps you up at night: cash, pipeline and a team you can't fully read.

βœ“

I fix the cause, not the symptom

Low leads are often a sales follow-up problem. Poor sales are often a targeting problem. I find the real break.

βœ“

Short-term and long-term together

A quick plan to stop the bleeding in weeks, and a long-term plan that builds a business model that works.

βœ“

Turnaround experience

50 declining businesses turned around since 2022, all back to growth, most stabilised within 30 days.

βœ“

Spend discipline

I've managed $200M+ in ad spend. I know where budget leaks and how to plug it before asking for more.

βœ“

A partner, not a vendor

I share responsibility for growth with your sales and marketing teams, and I stand next to management when decisions get hard.

What you get

What you can expect, and what you get

β†’

A straight diagnosis

A clear audit of what works, what doesn't and what your team did before I arrived. No jargon.

β†’

A plan you can read

Short-term moves for breathing space and a long-term strategy, each with owners, budgets and dates.

β†’

Hands-on execution

I don't hand over a deck and leave. I run, or directly manage, the campaigns, funnels and fixes.

β†’

Honest reporting

Reports that tie spend to leads, sales and revenue, so you know what each rupee or dollar did.

β†’

Team accountability

I review your team's performance, set clear targets and tell you who is delivering and who isn't.

β†’

Senior access

You deal with me directly. I join your management meetings and answer your questions straight.

What you will never get from me

  • I won't ask for a quarter and then deliver nothing.
  • I won't send you reports full of vanity numbers that hide the truth.
  • I won't promise results I can't stand behind. If I can't help, I'll tell you.
Can't AI just do this?

AI is a brilliant assistant. It is not your leader.

Many CEOs ask me a fair question: why hire anyone when ChatGPT can write a strategy in 30 seconds? I use AI tools every day. They make me faster. But speed is not judgement, and a confident answer is not a correct one.

When Harvard Business School and BCG tested 758 consultants, those using GPT-4 finished 12.2% more tasks and worked 25.1% faster on work the AI was good at. On a task just outside its strengths, they were 19% less likely to reach the correct answer than consultants working without it (The Harvard Crimson). The AI didn't warn them. It sounded just as sure.

MIT's 2025 study of AI in business found that 95% of company generative AI pilots stalled without meaningful financial return, and the researchers blamed how organisations use the tools, not the models (Computing).

The honest logic: AI amplifies whoever is holding it. In the hands of an expert who knows what good looks like, it multiplies output. In the hands of someone who can't check its work, it multiplies mistakes, faster and with more confidence. Even if you're at the top of your company and good with AI tools, your strategy still needs someone who has run real budgets in real markets and answers for the result.

What AI does well (I use it daily)

  • Drafting ad copy, emails and content variations in minutes
  • Summarising reports, reviews and competitor pages
  • Suggesting keywords, audiences and test ideas
  • Speeding up analysis and repetitive work

What AI can't do for you

  • Know your margins, cash runway and what your sales team says on calls
  • Notice when its own numbers are wrong, outdated or invented
  • Take responsibility for your budget and the result
  • Sit in your management meeting, read the room and make the hard call
  • Hold your team accountable and build their trust
  • Decide what to stop doing

That's the role I play: I use AI as my assistant, and I stay accountable as the expert.

Transparency

1000% transparency, no exceptions

No fake promises, no misleading reports, nothing fake. If I believe I have the right to be paid, you have the right to 1000% transparency on everything I do.

That includes the work your team did before you hired me. You'll see what was spent, what it produced and what was missed, explained in plain language.

  • You own every ad account, analytics property and piece of data.
  • You get full access to campaigns, dashboards and reports at all times.
  • Reports show real numbers, including the bad ones.
  • I tell you when something isn't working and what I'm changing.
  • If I can't help, I'll say so before you spend a rupee.
Anywhere in the world

Location doesn't matter

I work remotely with clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA, Australia, Europe and Pakistan. Over 13+ years I've built a practical, technical way of managing teams across time zones and business niches.

  • Shared project boards and CRMs such as ClickUp, Bitrix24, HubSpot and Slack
  • Fixed weekly reviews and monthly management reports
  • Live dashboards for spend, leads and sales
  • Clear owners and deadlines for every task, in-house or remote

FAQ

Questions CEOs ask me

Can we hire you only for a marketing audit?

Yes. You can hire me only to audit your marketing set-up. I check ad accounts, tracking, website, SEO, CRM and team output from the back end, then report the flaws and the room for improvement to senior management. You keep the report and decide who fixes what. If you'd like a first look before committing, start with my free marketing audit.

Can we hire you only for digital marketing, without the sales side?

Yes. If your sales process is solid and you only need marketing, I'll work as your digital marketer: strategy, planning, campaigns across all key platforms, management and reporting. I'll still flag sales issues if I see them, because leads that aren't followed up properly waste your budget. You decide whether to act on it.

What is the difference between hiring you as a digital marketer and as a growth consultant?

As a digital marketer I run your marketing channels. As a growth consultant I take shared responsibility for growth across sales and marketing: team performance, audits, senior-management meetings, advanced reporting and strategy. The second suits businesses where the problem is bigger than ads, or where management wants one senior person accountable for the full picture.

Can you help a business that has never sold online?

Yes. As a digitisation consultant I help startups and physical businesses go digital: website and tracking, marketing channels, sales tools and processes, built together. You won't end up with a nice website that nobody visits, or ads that send leads into a sales process that can't handle them.

What does your turnaround service include?

My turnaround service starts with a rapid diagnosis of where revenue is leaking. Then I put in short-term moves to stabilise cash and pipeline, usually within 30 days, followed by a long-term plan that redefines your sales and marketing efforts and infrastructure. Since 2022 I've turned around 50 declining businesses, all back to growth.

How do you work once we hire you?

Every engagement follows the same five steps: meeting, audit, strategy, execution, then scaling and reporting. I first understand your business and numbers, audit what exists, agree a plan with clear owners and dates, then execute and report. You always know what stage we're at and what comes next.

What are you responsible for, and what is my team responsible for?

We agree this in writing at the start. Typically I own strategy, campaign direction, reporting and team performance reviews, and I share responsibility for growth targets with sales and marketing. Your team owns day-to-day tasks we assign and the sales follow-up. Clear ownership is how nobody hides behind anyone else.

Will you manage our existing marketing team?

Yes, if you want me to. I've led teams of 15 to 20+ specialists across performance marketing, SEO, CRO, content and development. I set targets, review output, coach where needed and tell management honestly who is delivering. I don't replace good people. I make sure their work is pointed at revenue.

How often will we get reports, and what will they show?

You get weekly updates and a monthly management report, plus live dashboard access. Reports tie spend to leads, sales and revenue, not just clicks and impressions. They include what didn't work and what I'm changing. If you want a different rhythm for board meetings, I'll match it.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do, always. Every ad account, analytics property, CRM and piece of data stays in your name. I work with access you grant, and you can remove it at any time. This is part of my 1000% transparency rule: you should never be locked out of your own marketing.

How do I hire a reliable digital marketing consultant?

Ask for proof tied to revenue, not likes. Check how long they've worked, which industries and whether they've reported to senior management. Ask who will own your accounts and data, how they report and what they will not promise. A reliable consultant will audit before quoting and will say no if they can't help.

How do I find a digital marketing consultant I can trust with my budget?

Start small with an audit, insist on full account ownership and ask for spend-to-revenue reporting from week one. Look for someone who has managed real budgets and can explain where money leaks. I've managed $200M+ in ad spend and every client keeps full access to every account.

What should I check before hiring a marketing consultant?

Check track record with numbers, industries served, references or case studies, and how they report. Ask how they handle failure and what happens in the first 30 days. Make sure you own the accounts and data. See my case studies for the kind of detail you should expect.

How do I hire someone who takes responsibility for results?

Look for a consultant who agrees in writing what they own, reports on revenue and attends your management meetings. Avoid anyone who asks for months before showing anything. I share responsibility for growth with your team and give you short-term moves within weeks, not vague promises for next quarter.

Is it better to hire a consultant or an agency?

An agency gives you a team with an account manager in between. A senior consultant gives you direct access to the person making decisions. If you need strategy, team accountability and sales fixed alongside marketing, a consultant usually fits better. Many of my clients keep their agency and hire me to direct it.

How much does it cost to hire a digital marketing consultant in Germany?

It depends on scope: an audit, part-time direction, full-time dedication or a turnaround. I send custom proposals in PKR, USD, AED, SAR, GBP and other currencies after understanding what you need. The first conversation is free, and you'll know the cost before any work starts. Get in touch for a proposal.

Should I hire a full-time marketer or a part-time consultant?

If you need senior direction but not 40 hours a week of it, a part-time consultant gives you the experience without the full salary. If you're scaling across several brands or markets, full-time dedication makes sense. I work both ways and will tell you honestly which fits your stage.

How long before I see results from a consultant?

You should see clear direction within the first two weeks and early movement within 30 days, especially on wasted spend and lead handling. Bigger channels such as SEO take longer. In turnarounds, most of my clients stabilised within 30 days. I won't guarantee numbers, but I won't hide behind a quarter either.

Can a consultant work with our existing agency or in-house team?

Yes, and it often works best that way. I direct, review and hold the existing team or agency accountable, so you get senior oversight without rebuilding everything. Where something needs replacing, I'll explain why with evidence, not opinion. Many of my clients keep their agency and simply hire me to direct it, check its reports and make sure it answers to revenue.

What industries have you worked in?

I've worked across 26+ industries, including e-commerce, education, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, home improvement, insurance training, printing, immigration and luxury retail. The mechanics of demand, funnel and sales repeat across sectors. What changes is the buyer, and I learn yours before planning anything.

How should CEOs take smart steps to save a business from losses?

Stop the bleeding first, then rebuild. Cut spend that can't be tied to revenue, check every lead is followed up and protect your best-selling offers. Then get an outside audit of marketing and sales together, because losses rarely sit in one department. Make decisions on real numbers, and give every fix an owner and a deadline.

How can a non-technical CEO know what the marketing team is really doing?

Ask for three numbers every week: spend, qualified leads and sales from those leads. Insist on owning every account and having dashboard access. Bluffing usually shows up as clicks, reach and engagement with no link to revenue, or reports that change format every month. An independent marketing audit will show you the truth quickly.

Why does a growing organisation need a digital marketing consultant?

Growth exposes weak foundations. Every channel, hire and tool you add is a brick, and it needs to go on the right foundation. Budget-savvy shortcuts, like cheap freelancers or copied campaigns, often cost more later in wasted spend and rebuilds. A senior consultant makes sure each step fits a structure that can scale.

Why does an established organisation need a digital marketing consultant?

Established organisations have big budgets and big teams, so small mistakes become expensive. You need mature decisions and depth of expertise across channels, data and sales. A senior consultant brings an outside view, challenges habits that no longer work and makes sure your spend is accountable to revenue, not to last year's plan.

Why does a declining business need a digital marketing consultant?

When sales fall, you need speed and seniority, but you may not afford a big executive salary. A consultant gives you a senior expert at lower cost, a quick strategy for breathing space and a long-term plan to recover. I've turned around 50 declining businesses since 2022, most stabilised within 30 days.

Why do businesses fail in the first year?

About 1 in 5 new US business establishments close within their first year, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The common causes are running out of cash, weak product-market fit and spending on marketing that never turns into sales. CB Insights found 70% of failed VC-backed startups ran out of capital. Early, disciplined marketing and sales reduce that risk.

What is the role of marketing when sales decline?

Marketing should find out whether demand has dropped or whether you're losing buyers you already attract. That means checking targeting, offers, messaging, landing pages and cost per lead. Good marketing in a decline cuts waste fast, protects channels that still convert and feeds sales with better leads, not just more of them.

What is the role of sales when sales decline?

Sales should check speed and quality of follow-up, conversion at each stage and why deals are lost. Often leads are there but slip through slow replies, weak scripts or no follow-up. Sales and marketing must look at the same numbers together, because blaming each other only deepens the decline.

How fast can you start?

Usually within days. The first step is a meeting to understand what happened, followed by an audit of your accounts and numbers. In urgent turnarounds I prioritise quick moves for breathing space while the full strategy is built. Message me on WhatsApp or through the contact page and tell me what's going on.

Can you work with my business remotely, wherever it is?

Yes. I work remotely with clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA, Australia, Europe and Pakistan. I've led a 7-brand group in the UAE and grown an international e-commerce brand. Over 13+ years I've built a practical way to manage teams across time zones.

Can ChatGPT or AI replace a digital marketing consultant?

No, not on its own. AI is excellent at drafting, summarising and speeding up analysis, and I use it daily. But it can't see your real margins, sales calls or team, it can't take responsibility for results, and it can be confidently wrong. In a Harvard and BCG study, AI users were 19% less likely to get the right answer on tasks outside the tool's strengths. You still need an expert who checks and decides.

Can a non-technical CEO run marketing with AI tools alone?

You can get ideas and drafts, but not a reliable strategy. The real skill is knowing which AI answer is wrong, which campaign data is misleading and what to do next. Without that experience, AI makes mistakes faster and with more confidence. Use AI for speed, and an expert for direction, checking and accountability.
