Pakistan's biggest market is also its most competitive. I help Karachi e-commerce brands, retailers, B2B companies and service providers cut wasted spend and scale what's profitable.
Karachi is Pakistan's commercial engine, with the largest consumer base, the heaviest ad competition and some of the country's biggest e-commerce and FMCG players. Costs per click are higher, audiences are bigger and mistakes get expensive quickly.
I work with Karachi businesses remotely and on visits, bringing the same e-commerce, lead generation and turnaround frameworks I've used for international brands. The focus is always the same: protect the margin, then scale.

A slow quarter, a broken migration and ad costs eating the margin. Stabilised in 14 days.

70% of the budget was fighting itself. Fixing the foundation added 100,000 AED a month.

Nobody can smell a perfume through a screen. Trust came first, then the sales.
Yes. Most work happens online, with visits when useful.
Yes. E-commerce is one of my deepest specialisms, from Shopping and Meta ads to email and CRO.

The best consultant for you is the one who can show real results in your sector, explains their method plainly and lets you own your ad accounts. Ask for case studies with budgets and starting numbers, not just screenshots. I have worked with 600+ clients since 2010, and I work with businesses in Karachi. My case studies show the method behind each result.
Shortlist two or three options, then ask each one the same questions: who will actually run my account, how will you track real leads or sales, what will you report, and do I own the ad accounts? Avoid anyone promising guaranteed rankings or fixed results. A free audit is a useful test, because it shows how someone thinks before you pay them.
A freelancer suits small, well-defined tasks. An agency suits businesses that need a large team for content and production. A consultant suits businesses that need senior strategy and someone accountable for results. With me, you work directly with the person planning and checking your campaigns, and I bring in specialists for design, video or development when needed.
Local SEO helps your business appear when people nearby search for what you sell, such as "dentist near me" or "furniture shop in Karachi". It covers your Google Business Profile, reviews, local pages on your website and consistent business details across directories. For shops, clinics and service businesses, it often brings the highest-intent enquiries. See my SEO services.
Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. To improve, complete every section of your Google Business Profile, choose accurate categories, add real photos, post updates, and collect genuine reviews steadily. Your website should have a page for each service and location with the same name, address and phone number. There is no shortcut, and fake reviews can get a profile suspended.
Start with the basics: correct business name, primary and secondary categories, opening hours, service areas, phone and website. Then add products or services, real photos, regular posts and answers to common questions. Reply to every review, good or bad. Track calls, direction requests and website clicks each month so you know whether the profile is actually bringing customers.
Yes, when they are targeted and tracked properly. Facebook and Instagram ads work well for restaurants, salons, clinics, real estate, education and retail in Karachi, especially with location targeting, strong video and lead forms or WhatsApp. The common mistake is boosting posts and counting likes. I set campaigns around leads or sales. See Meta ads management.
Use Google Ads when people already search for your service, such as "AC repair" or "MBA admissions". Use Facebook and Instagram when you need to create demand or show the product, such as fashion, food or property. Many businesses need both, with Google catching intent and Meta building awareness and remarketing. Your budget and margins decide the balance.
There is no fixed figure. A sensible starting budget is one that lets you get enough leads or sales to learn from within a month, based on your likely cost per lead. It also needs to be money you can commit for two to three months of testing. I build custom proposals after an audit, and I never quote a price before seeing your situation.
Paid ads usually show early signals in two to four weeks; stable performance tends to take two to three months. SEO and Google Maps rankings usually need three to six months. If an existing account is declining, fixing tracking and wasted spend can help much sooner. I agree realistic milestones with you at the start rather than promising overnight results.
I cover strategy, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads, SEO and AI search optimisation, social media, lead generation, conversion tracking and automation, WordPress and Shopify websites, content and video, and growth or turnaround consulting. Most clients do not need everything. I recommend the few channels that fit your goals after a free audit.
In Karachi I mostly work with e-commerce and retail brands, food and beverage businesses, real estate, education, healthcare, logistics and B2B services. The city's size means many niches have real demand online. I have worked across 26+ industries overall, and the industries page shows where I have specific case studies.
Start with order confirmation by call or WhatsApp before dispatch, especially for cash-on-delivery orders. Track which ads, areas and products produce the most refusals, then reduce spend there. Clear product photos, size guides and delivery times cut returns too. Feeding confirmed sales back to Google and Meta helps the platforms find better buyers. See e-commerce marketing.
The same way I work with clients in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and the UK. We agree goals on a call, I work inside your ad accounts, and you get regular reports and review meetings by video. WhatsApp keeps day-to-day questions quick. Local knowledge comes from your team, your sales data and area-level campaign results.
In many categories, yes. Karachi is Pakistan's largest market, with more brands bidding for the same audiences, especially in e-commerce, food delivery, real estate and education. That raises costs, so sharper targeting by area, better creative and strong conversion tracking matter more. Winning there is usually about efficiency and offer quality rather than simply outspending competitors.
