A digital marketing audit is a structured review of how your marketing is performing and where it is losing money. It checks your ad accounts, tracking, website, SEO and funnel against your business goals. The output is a list of problems ranked by impact, with practical fixes. Done well, it tells you what to stop, what to fix and what to scale.
I review your Google and Meta ad accounts, conversion tracking and analytics, your website's speed and conversion path, and your SEO basics. I look for wasted spend, broken or misleading tracking, weak targeting and missed opportunities. You get a clear summary of the main issues and what I would fix first, whether or not you hire me.
A Google Ads audit checks account structure, keywords and search terms, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategy, ad copy, landing pages and conversion tracking. Common findings are budget spent on irrelevant searches, campaigns competing with each other and conversions counted incorrectly. See Google Ads management for how I handle fixes.
A Facebook or Meta ads audit reviews campaign objectives, audience targeting and overlap, creative fatigue, placements, the Pixel and Conversions API setup, and whether reported results match real leads or sales. Many accounts I see optimise for cheap clicks or messages that never become customers. My Meta ads management page explains the follow-up work.
An SEO audit checks whether search engines can crawl, index and understand your site, and whether your content matches what people search for. It covers technical errors, site speed, page titles, internal links, content gaps, backlinks and, increasingly, visibility in AI search answers. For a Saudi printing firm, fixing 80,000 SEO errors was part of the turnaround. See SEO services.
Because every decision depends on it. If tracking counts WhatsApp taps, page views or duplicate events as conversions, ad platforms optimise for the wrong thing and reports look better than reality. In my Dubai blinds case, separating real leads from taps was the first fix, and it helped lift ROAS to 3.3x on the same budget.
A full audit once or twice a year is sensible, with lighter monthly checks on tracking, spend and lead quality. You should also audit after any big change: a new website, a platform migration, a sudden drop in leads or a change of agency. Problems caught early, such as broken tracking after a site update, are far cheaper to fix.
Rising cost per lead, falling sales despite steady spend, leads your sales team calls poor quality, reports that do not match your bank account, or not knowing which channel brings customers. A sudden traffic drop after a website change is another. If any of these sound familiar, a free audit is a low-risk first step.
I walk you through the findings on a call and share the priority list. You can fix the issues with your own team, pass them to your current agency, or ask me for a proposal. There is no obligation. Many businesses get real value just from knowing where their budget is being wasted and what to fix first.
Yes. A conversion audit looks at how visitors behave: where they drop off, whether calls to action are clear, how fast pages load on mobile and whether trust signals are visible. In one case, behaviour data showed the home page converted better than category pages, which changed how we used landing pages. See CRO and automation.
Yes, if they are part of your marketing mix. I check objectives, targeting, creative performance, pixel or events setup and whether results are tracked through to real leads or sales. Short-video platforms are especially prone to cheap but low-quality results, so I compare them against Google and Meta using the same definition of a real conversion.
It will show you facts: whether tracking is accurate, whether spend goes to relevant audiences and searches, and whether results are improving. I keep it objective rather than critical for the sake of it. Many agencies do solid work with a few gaps; others have bigger issues. Either way, you will understand your accounts better and can ask sharper questions.
Yes. I only ask for read or analyst access to your accounts, which you can remove at any time, and I do not share your data with anyone. You own your ad accounts, analytics and website throughout. If you prefer, we can do parts of the review on a screen-share call instead of granting access.
Usually, yes. Most accounts I review have at least one significant issue, such as conversions being double counted, campaigns competing for the same searches, or budget going to irrelevant terms. These are often quick to fix and can save money immediately. I cannot promise a particular saving, but you will know what needs attention.
Yes. I audit accounts for businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA and elsewhere, as well as across Pakistan. Everything is done remotely through account access or screen-share, and we review the findings on a video call. The process is the same wherever you are based. See the markets I serve.
