This is a story in two parts: first we got a printing group back into Google, then we turned that visibility into revenue. Monthly revenue grew from SAR 100,000 to SAR 480,000, 4.8 times where it started.
When this printing group came to me, it had a problem most business owners never see coming: Google had stopped showing it. Not on page two. Not anywhere. Even customers typing the company's exact name couldn't find it.
The website was small, only around 40 pages. Yet Google was reporting about 80,000 errors against it. To a search engine, that looks like a broken or untrustworthy site, and Google responded the way it does with sites it can't trust: it stopped crawling and dropped every page from its index.
What we walked into
- A penalised site. 80,000 errors on a 40-page website told Google that something was seriously wrong.
- Zero visibility. Every page was de-indexed. Brand-name searches returned nothing, so even loyal customers and referrals hit a dead end.
- No crawling. Google had effectively stopped visiting. Until that changed, no fix on the site could even be seen.
For a business that wins work through trust and repeat orders, being invisible for its own name is expensive. Every quote request that should have come through search was going somewhere else.
How we brought it back
1. Remove every error
We traced where the errors came from and removed them, until Google stopped seeing a broken site and started seeing a clean one.
2. Win back the crawl budget
A site Google doesn't crawl can't recover. We rebuilt crawling from zero to daily, so every fix was picked up quickly.
3. Get every page re-indexed
Page by page, the site came back into Google's index, starting with the brand name, so customers could find the company again.
4. Revamp the website
We rebuilt the website so that visitors could understand the offer quickly and ask for a quote easily, and so that search engines could read every page.
5. Quality links, not quantity
Instead of buying hundreds of cheap links, we earned a smaller number of relevant, trusted ones. That is what rebuilds trust after a penalty.
6. Organic, AI search and paid together
We grew organic rankings, optimised the site to be understood and cited by AI search tools, and added paid marketing on about SAR 8,000 a month.

| Pages in Google's index | None: every page de-indexed | All pages recovered |
| Search for the brand name | No visibility | Visible again |
| Google crawling | Effectively zero | Daily |
| Ranking keywords | 0 (May 2026) | 777 (14 Oct 2026) |
| Keywords in the top 3 | 0 | 350 |
| Keywords in the top 10 | 0 | 488 |
Revenue and leads
The business sells B2B printing with order values from SAR 500 to SAR 80,000 per order, so every qualified lead matters. In 3 months the campaign delivered 1,500 B2B leads: 90% were relevant, 80% were marketing-qualified and 75% were sales-qualified.
What the ads cost: about SAR 8,000 a month, so roughly SAR 24,000 over those 3 months. Across all 1,500 leads from search and ads together, that is about SAR 16 per lead and about SAR 21 per sales-qualified lead. Monthly revenue is now SAR 480,000, which is 60 times the monthly ad budget.
Rankings
In May 2026 the site ranked for nothing. By June it ranked for 226 keywords. By 14 October 2026 it ranked for 777, with 350 of them in Google's top 3 and 488 in the top 10.

The lesson
A Google penalty is rarely about one big mistake. It is usually thousands of small technical problems that nobody was watching. Fix the foundation first, then build: a website that converts, quality links, AI search visibility and a modest, well-run ad budget. That is how SAR 8,000 a month in ads can sit behind SAR 480,000 a month in revenue.
